Delish  Oat Burgers

So Delicious and wholesome – Great in Burgers, Will fool any meat-eater burger lover!


Part A Ingredients:

4 Cups           Water

¼ Cup            Soy Sauce / Tamari

1 Tbsp              Vegan Beef Seasoning

¼ Cup            Nutritional Yeast Flakes

1 TBsp             Sweet Basil, dried

2 tsp                Garlic Powder

2 tsp                Onion Powder

1 tsp                 Bakon Paprika

1 tsp                 Ground Coriander

1 tsp                 Dried Sage

1 tsp                 Dried Parsley

2 Tbsp             Coconut Sugar

1/2 Cup           Finely Chopped Walnuts

½ Cup             Finely Chopped Pecans / Sunflower seeds

4 Cup              Quick Oat Flakes



  1. Place water in large pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Add ingredients in the order given EXCEPT OATS.

  3. Stir Oats in last, blend and immediately remove from heat.

  4. Cover and Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

  5. Preheat Oven to 160-180C/350F.

  6. Form oat mixture into burger size patties and place on a sprayed baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes on each side.

  8. Serve with whole wheat buns, vegan mayonnaise, lettuce, onions, tomato, etc.


Note: These burger patties freeze very well.
