Flavourful Baked Potatoes
Creamy, slightly crunchy and soft on the inside - Packed full of flavour!
Part A Ingredients:
6-8 Large Potatoes
4-5 Tbsp of Coconut Cream
½-1 tsp Dried Dill
½ tsp Dried Basil
½ tsp Garlic powder
½-1 Tbsp Vegan Chicken flavoured seasoning (more or less according to taste)
4-5 Tbsp Savoury Yeast
1 Tbsp Rice Bran Oil or vegan butter (optional)
Cut up Potatoes into large cube or small wedge sizes.
Steam or boil the potatoes until half done with salt added to the water.
Once the potatoes are half cooked, strain out the water.
Add all other ingredients to the potatoes and mix well. You will want the potatoes to be thoroughly covered with coconut cream with extra floating around (this will make it deliciously creamy, so if it looks too dry add more coconut cream).
Transfer potatoes to a baking tray spreading out the potatoes and bake in the oven on med-high heat for another 20-25mins or until golden on the top. I use an air fryer to do this, which only takes 15mins at 200 ̊C.
