Super Yum Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious and very satisfying!
Kids love it too!

Ingredients:

½ - 1 cup frozen blue berries

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ frozen peach (optional)

1-2 frozen bananas (or fresh if you don’t have frozen)

½-1 cup soy milk

2-3 Tbsp coconut cream

1 tbsp honey

Pinch of salt



Method:

Process all ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust to taste.
