Beat the Cravings Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious and very satisfying!
Kids love it too!


2 ripe bananas

1 cup of water

1-2 tbsp coconut cream

1 cup fresh strawberries

1/4 cup raspberries

3 pitted dates

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)


Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. You can adjust any of these ingredients according to personal preference.
