1 Min Black Sesame
Super Quick, Delicious and Healthy!
Serves: 2 Cups
4-5 Frozen Ripe Bananas (slightly defrosted for easier blending)
1 Tbsp Black Sesame paste
1/4-1/2 tsp Charcoal Powder (optional to make it more black)
2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender (using tamper) and blend until super smooth.
Note: for twist, you can also add 1/4 Ginger powder or 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger.
