Raw Cauliflower Rice

As with rice, they are rather bland eaten on their own.  So this cauliflower ‘rice’ is best served with other dishes as you would with rice.  They are perfect with curries, stir-fries, anything saucy or even in sushi rolls.
 

 

 

Ingredients:

3 cups cauliflower, chopped using food processor

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

¼ tsp Celtic Salt

1 tsp vegan chicken flavoured seasoning (optional)

1 clove garlic (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Roughly break cauliflower into the food processor, add the garlic if using and process until you get rice-sized pieces.

  2. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.

 

You might also like to serve it with finely chopped cilantro or whichever herbs you like..
