Melty Gooey Cheeze
This cheeze Slices, Melts and is Gooey...
Great on pizza, toasted sandwiches, crackers!
Ingredients:
2 cups soya milk (use thick, full fat milk)
1/2 Cup of raw Cashew nuts (Soaked for at least 4 hours)
3 tbsp Agar powder
1 tsp Xanthan gum
1.5 tbsp lemon juice (or more or less depending on how tart you prefer)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown miso (optional - if you omit this add 1 extra tsp of salt)
4 tbsp Tapioca starch
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 tsp turmeric & Saffron for colour
Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Pour mixture into a pan over medium heat and cook stirring constantly until thickened.

Quickly pour into a container or mold and let set for at least 6 hours.
Note: Keeps for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
