Creamy Fruit Salad

So creamy and delicious - the kids love it!

                                                     

Ingredients:

1-2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 green or red apples, diced

1-2 kiwi fruits, diced

Hand full of seedless black grapes, halved or left whole

5-6 strawberries, sliced

1/2 oranged, roughly diced

Small handful of walnuts, roughly crushed by hand

2 tbsp dried cranberries

3-4 Tbsp full fat coconut cream (more or less depending on how creamy you would like it)

1 small cucumber, diced (optional)

1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a big mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

      Enjoy!

 
Note: You can add any of your other favourite fruits.
