Easy, Delish Vegan Pate - Version 2

                               Very easy, quick and super delicious! My kids absolutely love it!

                                   Perfect in Vietnamese Bun Me (bread roll) and on crackers

                                                     

Ingredients A:

500g green beans (can use frozen)

2 large Onions, sliced


 

Ingredients B:

2/3 cups walnuts

1/2 cup cashews

400g cooked brown lentils

2.5 Tbsp Mushroom Flavoured soy sauce (or 2.5 Tbsp dark soy sauce & 2 tbsp mushroom sauce)

1 bay leaf

1 tbsp dark miso paste

2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

3 Tbsp Raw sugar

2 tbsp Hulled Tahini Paste

1 Tbsp vegan chicken seasoning

dash of white and black pepper

2 tbsp of lemon juice/vinegar

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

 

Method:

1.  Place all of Ingredients A into an air-fryer and cook at 200 C for about 20mins or until golden around the

     egdes, stop half way to toss them around.

2.  Place all Ingredients B into a food processer and blend until roughly smooth.

3.  Once Ingredients A are ready, transfer to the food processer with Ingredients B and blend until smooth to

     desired consistency.

4.  Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
